Who I Am

Hi, I'm Md. Ferdaus Hassan — a Computer Science & Engineering student at Green University of Bangladesh, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. I’m passionate about building intelligent systems that contribute to mental health detection, data-driven decision-making, and real-world innovation. I also have strong skills in problem solving and front-end development.

Technical Expertise

I have hands-on experience with Python, C, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras, and Scikit-learn. My academic research includes projects such as Deep Learning Based Early Prediction of Depression and Suicidal Risk, Transformer-Based Hybrid Framework for Early Detection of Depression and Suicidal Risk, and my thesis titled “A Multimodal Machine Learning Framework for Early Detection of Depression and Anxiety.” I’m also working on an ongoing study called Leveraging Large Language Models for Project Idea Recommendation and Novelty Assessment (2025).

Beyond Coding

Beyond technical work, I value leadership, collaboration, and community engagement. I’ve served as an Event Ambassador at Data Solution 360 and actively participated in university events and volunteer programs, fostering teamwork and contributing to both academic and social initiatives.

Personal Interests

Outside of tech, I enjoy cricket, badminton, gardening, traveling, and watching movies. I’m also deeply interested in exploring AI ethics, mental health research, and human-AI interaction.

My Mission

My mission is to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models to build scalable, ethical, and human-centered AI systems that make a meaningful impact on society — especially in healthcare and mental well-being.
